- HR Behavioral Competency (3 Clusters with 9 Behavioral Competencies)
- Leadership Cluster – Leadership and Navigation, Ethical Practice, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Interpersonal Cluster – Relationship Management, Communication, Global Mindset
- Business Cluster – Business Acumen, Consultation, Analytical Aptitude
- HR Technical Expertise Competency (3 Domains with 15 Functional Areas)
- People Knowledge Domain – HR Strategic Planning, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Retention, Learning & Development, Total Rewards
- Organization Knowledge Domain – Structure of the HR Function, Organizational Effectiveness & Development, Workforce Management, Employee & Labor Relations, Technology Management
