The Team

The team is made up of full and part-time consultants with excellent academic qualifications and global work experiences stretching from Africa, United States and Europe.

Kojo Amissah, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, MBA

He is the Principal Consultant / Lead Executive responsible for leading CITAM closer to its goals and objectives. He is a competent learner-practitioner with a “can do” attitude, and enthusiastic and excellent interpersonal skills. He is able to intuitively discern business problems and provide effective technical and business solutions.

Kojo regularly trains or provides advisory services in Corporate Strategy, Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, New Venture Creation, Project Management, Information Technology and Local Content best practices and Entrepreneurship.

Kojo’s work experience spans over 25 years and across the technology, energy, retail, financial, tourism and manufacturing industries. He has worked for global corporations such as Accenture, Boston Scientific, Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines and Amadeus in the United States; Wickes Building Supplies and PMS Creative Insurance Services in the United Kingdom.

He is currently an Adjunct Lecturer at the Center for Management Development (CMD), Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Kojo holds a BSc in Computer Science, MBA in Entrepreneurship.

David Ampofo–Nkrumah, SHRM-CP, PHR, BSc

David serves as the Training Consultant in charge of business development for CITAM and its training and consulting programs. This includes high-impact workshops and SHRM Certifications for individuals and organizations.
Prior to CITAM, he worked with Data Link Institute as a tutor for its diploma program teaching HR and Marketing. David comes with expertise in Performance Management, Organizational Design and Restructuring.

Margaret Agbagbah, BSc. HRM

Margaret serves as the Recruitment Consultant in charge of business development and managing the recruitment and staffing outsourcing services. This includes placement of suitable graduates, professionals and executives in client organizations on a permanent, temporary, contract or outsource basis.

Priscilla Bulley, BSc. Accounting

Priscilla is the Office Executive and she manages the finance and administration of CITAM and its partnerships. Prior to CITAM, she worked with various institutions as an accounts officer, teacher and administrator

Technology Consultant

He serves as the Technology Consultant in charge of business development for technology tools and services.

Business Consultant

The Business Consultant serves as the liaison helping foreign investors to set-up and run their businesses in Ghana.

Publishing Consultant

The Publishing Consultant is in charge of regular publications.
